DELIVERIES
Delivery
All items despatched to any UK Mainland Address within 48-hours from date of receipt of order, subject to stock availability, not including weekends, Bank Holidays etc.... Our standard deliveries are undertaken Mondays to Fridays inclusive (except Bank Holidays and other Holidays). Saturday deliveries can be arranged for certain item(s) for an additional charge of £24.95 inc VAT, irrelevant as to whether the item is subject to a standard delivery charge or not. Certain remote postcode areas may take longer. Please ask our sales team for advise of these.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver all items within the time scale given at the time of sale, we are reliant on third party carriers and can not be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.
Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy comes under the terms of a Code of Practice covered and detailed by a European Directive on Distance Selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Sellling) Regulations 2000.
This regulation gives you, the consumer, the right to cancel your order within seven working days. The seven days begins from the date you receive your order. Items of a personal or intimate nature are excluded from this cancellation right if opened and used.

To be entitled to cancel the order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition i.e. all packing, accessories etc and must be returned at your expense. We would prefer you to use one of our carriers for returns and we would advise you to insure the item(s), as the cost of any lost or missing items in transit will need to be met by yourself.
On return of the item(s) you will be entitled to a refund of the original cost of the item(s) less collection cost(s) charged to us by our carriers - see table below.
We reserve the right not to refund the full amount to your credit card on the return of the item(s) should it be judged that the item(s) are not in a re-saleable condition, item(s) have been used, the packaging is not the original packaging or part of the packaging is damaged or missing or the item(s) are damaged.
Should you wish to cancel an order once the item has left our premises, but has yet to arrive with yourself, and providing it is within the delivery schedule period, then we can arrange this but we reserve the right to charge for the 'aborted' delivery. This amount would be dependent on the item and the amount we get charged by the carrier(s).
All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has been received by ourselves.
Should you wish to return and/or exchange an item(s) for reasons other than those described in our Customer Services section, we reserve the right to charge you the customer to both compensate ourselves for the original delivery and the cost incurred for the new delivery and/or exchange at the following rates:

Returns of Damaged Items
In the event of a product being damaged when delivered please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 111 6160 or by e-mail to Customer Services on our Contact Us page.
We will arrange for a replacement item(s) to be dispatched and the damaged item(s) collected. In the instance of portable items i.e travel neck pillows, which we dispatch by the postal service, you will need to dispatch the item back to us before we can dispatch a replacement item. The damaged item(s) must be packed in the original packaging where possible or in suitable packaging to minimise further damage to the item(s) during transit.
We reserve the right to charge an amount to your credit card on the return of the damaged item(s) should it be judged that the item was damaged after delivery (i.e when attempting to un-pack the item). We can not accept any responsibility or liability for item(s) reported as damaged to us after two working days.
